On the 16 December 2005 one of California’s popular young Blues Musical Stars, Cole Fonseca was a passenger in a serious automobile accident being taken home after a concert that took the life of the driver and has left Cole with severe injuries to deal with; two crushed legs, multiple cracked Pelvis, and his left arm is without feeling or movement.

Because the driver was not insured, Cole has been dealt an unfair hand to bare the huge medical costs that continues to mound daily. With his career halted for the next several months and no possible way to pay for his hospitalization, operation and recovery treatments costs, many in the Music Entertainment Industry have committed to help Kingdom Builders conduct a Benefit Concert and Auction to raise the funds needed to clear all of the medical costs encored.

We are asking you to join with others to participate in this event with a Donation that will bring a substantial contribution to the debt relief for Cole. You will receive a Tax Deductible Receipt to use on your 2006 tax years returns. Our representative will collect the moneys and – or item(s) being donated and our offices will send you a receipt by mail for the retail value of your gift stipulated by you at the time of donning.
